MOUNTAIN DELICACY ON YOUR TABLE
Branzi FTB cheese from Latteria di Branci is made from raw Italian whole cow’s milk, processed according to the traditions of the Brembana Valley. It is a semi-hard, semi-cooked cheese with a thin, smooth and elastic rind, and a straw-yellow colour that deepens slightly towards the edge. The texture is soft to semi-soft, with fine holes forming the characteristic ‘partridge’s eye’, a sign of careful, artisanal production. The flavour is sweet, delicate and harmonious, enhancing any dish without overpowering other flavours. A minimum maturation period of 45 days develops gentle aromas, whilst retaining the typical character of raw mountain milk. Versatile in the kitchen, Branzi FTB is ideal both for enjoying on its own, accompanied by a good wine, and as an ingredient in fondues, risottos and polenta taragna, adding texture and authentic flavour. A cheese designed for those working in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, where taste, texture and practical handling are essential to offer customers a traditional, safe and recognisable product. Store between 0°C and 4°C, covered with cling film.
