Description

FTB Branzi cheese, with Italian cow's milk, salt, calf rennet, milk enzymes, preservative and colouring agent. Traditional semi-fat cheese from Val Brembana, with semi-hard and semi-cooked paste, straw-yellow colour and soft consistency. A very versatile product in the kitchen: it can be enjoyed on its own, accompanied by a glass of wine, or used as an ingredient in numerous dishes; it is perfect for fondues, risottos, and polenta taragna, enhancing the typical flavours of mountain cuisine.
