Béchamel sauce

Description

Ready-to-cook béchamel subjected to UHT treatment. A product with a homogeneous appearance, a thick, full-bodied consistency and a flavour characterised by notes of cream and toasted flour, combined with an appropriate degree of saltiness. It is a perfect sauce for gratinating vegetables or enriching baked pasta dishes such as lasagne and cannelloni. Its creamy consistency and delicate flavour also make it ideal to accompany meat and fish.
