Description

Asiago PDO cheese pressed from pasteurised milk, salt, rennet and milk enzymes. It is a soft cheese with a mild and delicate flavour with notes of fresh milk. It is perfect as an appetizer eaten on its own or in combination with dried fruit, honey and jams; it is ideal for preparing salads, sandwiches and cold dishes, or for making fondues, creams and fillings.
