Ravioli with braised meat

Description

Braised meat ravioli with durum wheat semolina, wheat flour and eggs. Filling made of: pork, beef, cheese, breadcrumbs, cooked ham, mortadella, wine, carrots, celery, onions, tomato paste, salt, aroma, sunflower oil, garlic, black pepper, cloves, bay leaf and sorbic acid. Preparation: pour the product into salted boiling water and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes; drain and serve with a sauce to taste.
