Mixture for the production of soya pizza bases, with type 0 wheat flour, soya flour and decorticated and toasted soya semolina. This flour produces lighter and more digestible pizzas, rich in vegetable proteins and with an incomparable flavour. Ideal for long rising times. Moisture content: 15.5% max.
