Description
100% Italian grilled and frozen sliced courgettes. Preparation method: bake in a ventilated oven at 180°C for 7 minutes, in a microwave at 800 Watt for 3 minutes, or in a frying pan over moderate heat for 7 minutes. Naturally rich in fibre, they are ideal for making appetisers and side dishes.
