Description
Whole artichokes with stem 100% Italian frozen. Preparation method: steam in the oven at 98°C for 10 minutes, or in a non-stick pan for 20 minutes on a moderate heat. Naturally rich in fibre and with a firm consistency, they are ideal for making appetisers and side dishes.
