Description
Trio of 100% Italian mixed grilled and frozen vegetables, with aubergines, peppers and courgettes. Preparation method: steam in the oven at 98°C for 7 minutes, in the microwave at 800 Watt for 3 minutes, or in a frying pan over moderate heat for 6 minutes. Naturally rich in fibre and vitamin C, they are ideal as a side dish.
