Ready-to-use sauce made of olives and Tropea IGP red onion in extra virgin olive oil, with tomato pulp, sun-dried tomatoes, salt and citric acid. Perfect to accompany our Senatore Cappelli ancient durum wheat trottole pasta. Handmade with artisanal methods, using high quality local raw materials, from the suggestive Sila landscape, where flavours of Calabria, Mediterranean and spicy meet.
