Organic sparkling wine Pas Dosé Millesimato DOCG. 12.5% Vol. A wine with a brilliant, luminous colour and evident fine and persistent perlage. Aroma with a fresh, floral component followed by a more complex, mineral one. The good acidic and fresh structure supports the great and pleasant fruity and savoury sensation that explodes in the mouth. The winery is located on Monte della Santissima in Franciacorta Gussago where organic Franciacorta wines are produced respecting the combination of vine and environment and the characteristics of the grapes, enhancing and preserving their quality. Ideal served at a temperature of 8/10°, in combination with seafood crudités, oysters and shellfish.
