Franciacorta Blanc de Noir DOCG organic sparkling wine. 12% Vol. A white gold coloured wine with light straw yellow reflections, brilliant and crystalline, with a fine, elegant and persistent perlage. Complex and decisive bouquet with delicate fresh fruity, mineral notes with hints of acacia honey and dried fruit. Good structure and fullness, creamy and with a fresh epersistent finish. The winery is located on Monte della Santissima in Franciacorta Gussago where organic Franciacorta wines are produced respecting the combination of vine and environment and the characteristics of the grapes, enhancing and preserving their quality. Ideal throughout a meal, it enhances rice dishes, pasta, fish, fresh and medium-aged cheeses.
