Fine tomato pulp in 100% Italian tomato puree obtained from processing fresh, ripe tomatoes. The uniqueness of this product lies in its production method: a thermal treatment using ohmic heating technology, which involves the direct passage of electric current through the food, using a special cell that allows rapid heating by generating heat within the food itself. This process, an alternative to pasteurization, preserves the organoleptic characteristics of the food. Ideal for preparing sauces with a rich and intense flavor, and also perfect for seasoning pizzas. With a Brix value between 6.5 and 8.5%, the pulp is rich, flavorful, and naturally sweet.
