Made with 100% Italian tomatoes grown by the members of the CAF Organization using natural and sustainable methods, this product embodies the simplicity and authenticity of tradition. It is produced from long-variety peeled tomatoes from Puglia, known for their firm texture, fleshy pulp and intense flavour. After careful selection, the tomatoes are washed, peeled and placed into cans, to which a juice made from sieved, crushed and partially concentrated tomatoes is added. With a Brix value of 7 (±0.2), these tomatoes are naturally sweet, full-bodied and flavorful—perfect for tasty dishes without artificial additives. They are ideal for topping pizza, preparing homemade sauces, or enriching any traditional recipe. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3–4 days.
