Made with 100% Italian tomatoes grown by the members of the CAF Organization using natural and sustainable methods, this product expresses the simplicity and authenticity of tradition. It consists of peeled Apulian tomatoes of the long variety, known for their firm texture, rich pulp, and intense flavour. After careful selection, the tomatoes are washed, peeled, and packed, with a juice prepared from sieved, crushed, and partially concentrated tomatoes added. With a Brix level above 6.2%, the tomatoes are naturally sweet, rich, and flavourful, perfect for dishes full of taste without artificial additives. Ideal for topping pizza, preparing homemade sauces, or enriching any traditional recipe. Store in a cool, dry place; once opened, transfer to the refrigerator and consume within 3-4 days.
