Their structure ensures a firm crispiness and a visual impact that makes a difference in service. Ideal for Ho.Re.Ca. kitchens looking to offer a distinctive and carefully presented side dish, they perfectly complement burgers, meats, street food dishes and sharing plates. They can be prepared in the oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes, turning the product halfway through cooking, or in a fryer at 175°C for about 2 minutes and 45 seconds. In both cases, avoid overcooking and cook only until the desired level of crispiness is achieved. Store in the freezer at –18°C.
