These skin-on shoestring fries, pre-fried and frozen, are designed to deliver intense and long-lasting crispiness without sacrificing the full flavour of the potato. The thin, even cut combined with the skin gives them a more rustic look and a compact structure that retains its crunch even after cooking. Crispy and pleasantly rough on the outside with a distinctive artisanal character, they remain soft and well-balanced on the inside. They pair easily with sauces, toppings and more structured dishes and are ideal as a side dish, for main courses, sharing platters or takeaway and delivery, thanks to their excellent holding performance. Quick and easy to prepare: deep-fry at 175°C for about 2 minutes and 45 seconds or bake in the oven at 200°C for 10–12 minutes. Store in the freezer at –18°C.
