Description

Breaded, fried and deep-frozen cow's milk mozzarellas. Ingredients: cow's milk mozzarella, breadcrumbs, water, wheat flour, maize flour, food colouring, salt, sunflower oil, maize starch, whole egg powder, dietary fibre, disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate. Cooking method: cook at 190°C for 4 minutes in hot oil in a frying pan or deep fryer. Their crunchy exterior, in contrast to the softness of the filling, make them perfect for tasty appetisers.
