Description

Cream sauce made with Italian ground candied pear and mustard flavouring. Made by an artisan workshop in Cremona that selects and hand-processes the best raw materials using natural ingredients and respecting the procedures and times of artisan processing. The methods, temperatures, and cooking times are studied to preserve the organoleptic properties of the raw materials. Perfect for accompanying winter dishes and enhancing the taste of mature, sheep and goat cheeses.
