ALWAYS FRESH RASPBERRIES, READY IN A FLASH These raspberries, harvested at the perfect ripeness and individually quick frozen, are ideal for hotels, restaurants, and establishments seeking to offer preparations with authentic and consistent flavour all year round. With a minimum Brix value of 7%, indicating the natural sweetness of the fruit, they deliver a balanced and genuine taste. Perfect for decorating tarts, cakes, and plated desserts, they are also an excellent ingredient for jams, swirls, sorbets, ice creams, and semifreddos, as an alternative to fresh fruit. Store at temperatures below -18°C and preferably use by the recommended date. To best preserve their quality, thaw at room temperature or in the refrigerator at 4°C for about 8–12 hours.
