100% Italian frozen Russian salad with potatoes, carrots and peas. Preparation: steam in the oven at 98°C for 5 minutes, in the microwave at 800 watts for 3 minutes, or in a pot with boiling water for 4 minutes. Tender and tasty, it is ideal as an appetiser or side dish.
