The mousse is soft with a continuous, fine perlage. The olfactory sensations are elegant and complex, with delicate floral hints and enticing aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit. The winery is located on Monte della Santissima in Franciacorta Gussago where organic Franciacorta wines are produced respecting the combination of vine and environment and the characteristics of the grapes, enhancing and preserving their quality. Ideal accompanied by structured cheese dishes.
