It has a straw yellow color with golden highlights. The mousse is soft with continuous and fine perlage. The olfactory sensations are elegant, complex, delicate floral hints and engaging aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit. The winery that produces the wine is located on Mt. Santissima in Franciacorta Gussago where they produce wines from Franciacorta organically by respecting the combination of grape variety- environment and the characteristics of the grapes enhancing and preserving their quality. Ideal when paired with structured cheese dishes.
