Description

Prosecco superiore DOCG millesimato Conegliano Valdobbiadene extra dry extreme. A sparkling wine made from the region's white grapes harvested by hand in mid-September and left to ferment without crushing for 70 days in autoclaves, without chemical additives. This light straw-coloured wine is rich in flavours of ripe apples, pears and nectarines with a touch of honey and almonds; with a fresh and savoury acidity, it has a long and pleasant finish. Ideal served at a temperature between 3 and 6 °C and paired with ham or fish starters. Alcohol: 11 %.
