Beef stock preparation

Description

Gluten- and lactose-free granulated beef stock preparation. Ingredients: maltodextrin, salt, flavouring, yeast extract, beef fat, beef bone broth, caramelised sugar syrup, lemon juice powder, onion juice concentrate, garlic powder and sunflower oil. Ideal for preparing soups and broths, for flavouring risottos, stews and sauces, or for cooking pasta, to which it gives an intense flavour. Instructions for use: boil 1 litre of water, melt 20 g of the product in the water and cook over a low heat for 2 minutes.
