This frozen lemon purée of Italian origin is obtained from the processing of carefully selected whole fruits from uniform batches of chosen varieties. Crushing and subsequent refining preserve the bright colour, fresh aromatic profile and intense flavour typical of freshly harvested lemons. Freezing keeps the raw material’s characteristics intact, providing a ready-to-use base that is always available. Ideal for pastry, gelato, mixology and cooking, it is suitable for sweet and savoury preparations, desserts, sorbets, sauces and beverages, ensuring precise dosing and consistent results. Store in the freezer at –18°C.
