Description
100% Italian frozen artichokes in wedges. Preparation method: steam in the oven at 98°C for 7 minutes, in the microwave at 800 watts for 3 minutes, or in a non-stick frying pan for 14 minutes over moderate heat. Naturally rich in fibre and with a firm consistency, they are ideal for making appetisers and side dishes.
