Sugo alla sardenaira di Sanremo, originally from Liguria, with Italian tomato pulp, Taggiasca olives, extra virgin olive oil, capers, anchovies, sugar, salt, Genovese PDO basil, garlic, oregano and onions. Perfect to accompany our durum wheat semolina trenette pasta or organic spaghetti made from ancient Senatore Cappelli wheat. Made by a local Ligurian artisan company.
