Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC. 14% Vol. Contain sulphites. Color: ruby red tending to garnet. Nose: fruity and characteristic. Taste: dry, velvety, harmonious. La Biòca is a small winery in the Langhe. The winery is located in the Fontanafredda locality of Serralunga d'Alba, where the employees take care of the production, aging and sale of the wine, and where there is also an agritourism. They use only grapes from their vineyards, which are located in the towns of Monforte d'Alba, Novello, La Morra, Barbaresco and Roddino. Ideal with buckwheat with puntarelle and olives, Oat and Cumin burgers, zucchini, potato and chickpea meatballs and with medium seasoning.
