Riccinebbia Langhe DOC Nebbiolo. 14% Vol. Contain sulphites. Color: ruby red, sometimes with orange reflections. Nose: characteristic, fruity and delicate. Taste: dry, with good body. La Biòca is a small winery in the Langhe. The winery is located in the Fontanafredda locality of Serralunga d'Alba, where employees are responsible for the production, aging and sale of the wine, and where there is also an agritourism. They use only grapes from their vineyards, which are located in the towns of Monforte d'Alba, Novello, La Morra, Barbaresco and Roddino. Excellent with pasta dishes, pastas, mushrooms, potatoes, eggplant and tomatoes.
