It's an hand made product, created with an artisanal method, using local high quality feedstock of the suggestive landscape of Sila, where flavors of Calabria, Mediterranean and spicy meets. Perfect ingredient for any sauces, creams, cooked vegetables and excellent to add to tomato sauce. For an innovative taste it can be added to hot chocolates.
