Lardo gran riserva

Description

Lardo from Bergamo Gran Reserva, obtained from the covering part of the back region of Italian pork, subjected to salting, with the addition of spices and herbs. Ingredients: pork lard, salt, dextrose, flavourings, spices, antioxidant and preservatives. The product is compact and soft and the surface of the section appears homogenous and has a firm consistency. It has a mild, delicate flavour and a fragrant, characteristic aroma. Ideal for appetisers and main courses.
