Extra lemon and mint jam

Description

Jam with selected fruits and organic cane sugar. Made with lemon pulp and zest and mint. The product are hand made with an artisanal method, using local high quality feedstock of the suggestive landscape of Sila, where flavors of Calabria, Mediterranean and spicy meets. Perfect with rusks, soft bread or for filling crust pies or pastry rolls, biscuits or to taste just with the spoon. The sweet but bitter taste makes it perfect at the end of every meal. Prepared with 54g of fruits per 100g.
