Pasta "caserecce" made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina. Product obtained from a durum wheat semolina dough cultivated in Altamura and subjected to bronze extrusion, shaping and subsequent long drying on low-temperature frames. Ideal to accompany tomato-based sauces or pestos.
