Caserecce Pasta of durum wheat with herbs cultivated and dried on the Lombardy mountains. Product based on durum wheat flour, sage, marjoram and thyme. Pastificio Baradello is an artisan company specialized in the production of high quality dry pasta and moved by passion, dedication and experience to guarantee an excellent product. The production process is carried out according to ancient methods to obtain a top quality bronze-cut pasta, dried statically at low temperature on wooden frames and manually packed to avoid damaging the product. Only organic semolina grown and processed in Italy is used.
