Blue buffalo cheese

Description

Blue-veined ‘Blu di bufala’ cheese with semi-hard raw paste, made from pasteurised buffalo milk, rennet, salt and selected moulds. It is a fresh soft table cheese with a soft and creamy blue-veined paste. It has a mild flavour, characterised by a full, rounded aroma typical of buffalo. Ideal paired with full-bodied red wines, specific cheese jams and chestnut honey.
