Wine Serra del Prete Aglianico del Vulture D.O.C1 4% Vol. The aroma is rich and complex with notes of red and black fruit, strawberry, lavender, liquorice and leather. On the palate it is rich, structured and savoury, with good, savoury tannins and excellent persistence. It has a ruby colour with deep bright purple nuances and is ideal with mushroom risotto. The producer is Musto Carmelitano, a winery where the Aglianico del Vulture grapes are grown, scrupulously selected and hand-picked, cultivated according to the biological method, with the aim of transforming the grapes into wine while preserving all its precious organoleptic properties.
