Description
Honey vinegar is a traditional product made from a mixture of acacia, honeydew, linden and mixed-flower honey to which organic lavender flowers are added in the process of fermentation. The method used for its production is the Orleans, a very rare artisanal production technique that allows the vinegar a natural and slow acetification in barrels oak barrels for at least 8 months. The result is a delicate product that does not cover the flavors but rather accompanies them. The farm that produces the honey follows methods of ancient and sustainable production in respect of bees and nature. Ideal for dressing salads and special vinegrettes, indicated as a digestive, depurative and anti-fermentative drink.
