Description

Spicy provolone cheese. This cheese is made from Italian cow's milk, according to the classic tradition, with thermisation and pasteurisation treatment. It's a semi-hard cheese with spun paste, straw-white in colour and with a smooth, thin, non-edible rind. The product has a spicy flavour, with intensification of spiciness as maturation extends.
