Strolghino

Description

Strolghino obtained from the processing of lean trimmings of the culatello of pigs from national farms, salt, white wine, dextrose, spices, garlic, antioxidants and preservatives. The finished product is made from cured pork stuffed into gut, tied with string. Ideal with fresh bread and crispy breadsticks, or paired with fresh cheeses to create a pleasant contrast between the softness of the cheese and the dense texture of the salami.
