Description

Mozzarella fior di latte "ciliegine" made from pasteurised Italian cow's milk, salt, rennet and milk enzymes. The product has a smooth, shiny and homogeneous surface and a soft, melt-in-the-mouth flavour. Store between 0 and 4 °C.
