Zabaldà Barbera D'Alba DOC wine. Wine with a floral bouquet of red fruits and spices. The taste is fresh, dry, savoury and harmonious. The producing company, La Biòca, is a small winery in the Langhe region, where the staff produce, age and sell the wine, using only grapes from their own vineyards. Excellent with millet dishes, vegetables, fried or baked dishes, aubergines and peppers. Alcohol: 15%.
