Description

Turin Vermouth. 16% Vol. Contain sulphites. A mixture of wormwood, marjoram, gentian, sweet and bitter orange peel. It is steeped for 40 days in an infusion of alcohol and very little white wine. In addition Chardonnay and a few drops of Moscato, sugar and alcohol. Its characteristic is the addition of a pinch of burnt sugar giving it its distinctive amber color, taste and aroma. Pio Cesare was founded in 1881 by Pio Cesare, an entrepreneur who decided to produce a small and select quantity of wines from the hills of Barolo and Barbaresco. The company follows tradition by staying true to the style of the wines, and paying more attention to the name and credibility they hold. Perfect for sipping with a lemon zest.
