Description

Pio Cesare Vermouth di Torino wine. It is made from a mixture of wormwood, marjoram, gentian and sweet and bitter orange peel, which is steeped for 40 days in an infusion of alcohol and white wine. Chardonnay, a few drops of Moscato, sugar and alcohol are then added. The producing company, Pio Cesare, was founded in 1881, and specialises in the production of a selected quantity of wines from the hills of Barolo and Barbaresco. Perfect to sip with a lemon twist. Alcohol: 16%.
