Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Superiore. 12,5% Vol. Contain sulphites. Straw yellow color, with greenish highlights. Bouquet rich, intense, delicate notes of white flowers and exotic fruit. Taste: dry, full, savory and mineral, balanced,harmonious, good structure, particularly fine, elegant,pleasant bitterness at the end of the mouth. This wine is produced by a Sardinian winery that believes combines ancient tradition and new technologies creating quality wines with passion, love and enthusiasm. Ideal when paired with Mediterranean dishes, fish tartare, sushi, with fresh cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
