Description
Durum wheat torcette with nettles cultivated and dried in the mountains of Lombardy. Product based on Durum wheat semolina and Nettle. The Pastificio Baradello is an artisan company specialized in the production of high-end dry pasta and operates with passion, dedication and experience to ensure an excellent product. The production process takes place according to ancient methods to obtain a pasta of the highest quality, exclusively bronze drawn, dried statically at low temperatures on on wooden frames and packaged by hand to avoid damaging the product. Only organic semolina grown and processed in Italy is used. This pasta has a fresh and delicate taste to accompany our Sugo pronto di pomodoro ciliegino alla Palermitana or Sugo alla Contadina for a healthy and quick lunch.
