Sauce with sardines

Description

Sardine sauce with Italian tomato pulp, sardine fillets, onions, sun-dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, sultanas, pine nuts, salt, parsley, garlic, chilli and fennel seeds. Ideal with durum wheat semolina trenette pasta. Produced in an artisanal manner by a farm located in the heart of the Seriana Valley, which makes typical Bergamo products, following the local tradition but with a focus on new recipes, elaborated with genuine, seasonal raw materials, processed strictly by hand.
