Stermà Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC wine. A wine with a fruity and characteristic bouquet and a dry, velvety and harmonious taste. The producing company, La Biòca, is a small winery in the Langhe region, where the employees take care of the production, refinement and sale of the wine, using only grapes from their own vineyards. Excellent with puntarelle and olives, oatmeal and cumin burgers, courgette, potato and chickpea meatballs, and with medium-aged cheeses. Alcohol: 14%.
