Corn flour for dusting

Description

Dusting with cornmeal. Ideal for dusting batters for making pizzas, facilitating their release from tops and pans, giving the final product fragrance, crispness and a golden color. The product dusted with star dusting burns less in the oven than a dusting made with durum wheat semolina. Flour suitable for kneading baked goods or fresh pasta.
