Tzatziki greek sauce

Description

Greek tzatziki sauce with rapeseed oil, partly skimmed and pasteurised yoghurt, spirit vinegar, sugar, cucumber, onion, rice starch, garlic, egg yolk, spices, mint, guar gum and dill. Product suitable for accompanying french fries, vegetable fritters, vegetable dip and crudités, falafel, pita bread, to dress salads and to create appetisers and snacks.
