Salami of pure pork

Description

Pure pork salami with pork meat, iodised salt, flavourings, sucrose, dextrose, spices, antioxidants and preservatives. Product made from minced pork, flavoured and stuffed into natural, hand-tied gut and matured for 40 days. Consume the product sliced, preferably cut with a knife, after removing the skin from the slice. Once cut, it should be consumed in a short time or, alternatively, it can be vacuum-packed and stored in the least cold shelf of the refrigerator. Ideal for aperitifs and appetisers.
