Description

Japanese sake, a traditional Japanese alcoholic beverage made from fermented rice. It can be enjoyed hot or cold and goes well with sushi, sashimi, tempura and fish dishes, thanks to its ability to exalt flavours without overpowering them. It can also be used to marinate meat and fish, to soften meat or add flavour to soups and sauces.
