Red Ronchedone wine. The nose is rich with notes of red fruits, blueberries, balsamic and jammy hints. The palate is powerful and incisive, clean and savoury. Ca' dei Frati is a winery in Sirmione that operates with respect for the raw material by vinifying the grapes separately. Ideal paired with mature cheeses, rich pastas and soups.
