Description

La Tur robiola cheese made from pasteurised cow's milk, pasteurised sheep's milk, pasteurised goat's milk, rennet and salt. It is a slightly matured soft cheese, free of holes, cylindrical in shape, with a white/straw-yellow edible rind. It is characterised by its great sweetness, with sensations of butter and cream, accompanied by acidulous notes and yeasty aromas. Ideal for a variety of recipes.
